Shipping Policy

At Sharayu Herbals, we are committed to delivering our premium herbal products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order reaches you safely and without unnecessary delays.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once your order is processed, shipping times within India typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Returns Policy

  • At Sharayu Herbals, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Our returns policy is crafted with this understanding in mind.

  • Returns

  • Damaged Products: We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 9422290468. We request that you provide detailed information about the damage, including photos, within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
     

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Non-returnable Items

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that are not damaged or if the return request is initiated after 5 days from the delivery date.
